More than 180 communities, representing every region of Virginia, are saluting America's 400th Anniversary as members of the Virginia 2007 Community Program. Each is hosting events and programs that highlight its unique history and culture.
Special programs and legacy projects range from the creation of new museums, heritage trails, visitor centers and recreational areas to special exhibits, concerts, plays and festivals. So whether you travel by plane, train, car, bus or boat to any region in the commonwealth, you'll find much more to experience and enjoy during 2007- and beyond.
